The KLISC Governing Board Chairman Dr. Arnold Mwanzu and Treasurer Dr. Penninah Musangi paid a courtesy call to the Principal Secretary, State Department of Higher Education and Research in the Ministry of Education, Dr. Beatrice Muganda Inyangala. They were accompanied by Prof. Daniel Mugendi, the Chairman of Vice Chancellors Forum in Kenya. The meeting had fruitful discussions on how the Kenyan Government can partner with the Kenya Libraries and Information Services Consortium to support access to quality electronic journals and ebooks in Kenya for research and learning.
