The meeting which was organized by KLISC and EIFL brought together participants from Machakos University, Dedan Kimathi University(DKUT), Technical University of Kenya(TUK), Kibabii University, Africa Nazarene University (ANU) and Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). The main objective of the meeting was to review the status of open access repositories and policies among the invited institutions and give guidance on how to formulate and implement OA policies.
